This sounds kind of crazy because of course you do want clients!

There is nothing worse than a pushy sale. That person who keeps pestering you; pushing their product down your throat. We all know the type, and we all want to avoid being that type.

But it’s actually really common – you’re in business because you want to make a difference for others, or because you are passionate about what you do.   And you want to make a good living from it too. But it’s not just  about the money for you, is it? And you’d be mortified if a potential client thought that you were just out to “sell” to them. And so, what do you do?  You avoid following up with people who show an interest in working with you, and when you do get into a conversation you stumble, and falter and things go nowhere fast. Customer service isn’t all about simply earning a living, but also the exercise of your most human attributes, because one has a higher chance of achieving the best experiences by fixing and becoming your best possible self.

In today's world customer service is not limited to customer satisfaction but to delighting your customers. Customer Service is creating a relationship on the pillars of trust and loyalty with customers. That is the essence of customer service. Customers keep coming back irrespective of price and even convenience.
